We are collaborating with a prominent contractor with a strong presence across the UK and Europe. They have a proven track record of success in various sectors such as Data Centres, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Energy, and more. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to expand their team by hiring an experienced Senior CSA Project Manager for a project based in Frankfurt.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Planning: Lead the CSA project schedule, ensuring timely completion of civil, structural, and architectural tasks. Work in tandem with other teams like MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and IT to ensure seamless integration across all project stages.
Budget Oversight: Oversee and control CSA project costs, ensuring it stays within budget. This includes tracking expenditures, managing change orders, and seeking cost-efficient solutions without compromising quality.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Provide consistent project updates, address concerns, and manage risks.
Quality Assurance & Control: Ensure CSA work complies with project specifications, standards, and regulations. Regularly inspect the site, oversee third-party inspections, and verify that all construction practices and materials meet the required standards.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks related to CSA activities, including structural concerns, safety hazards, and project delays. Prepare contingency plans and resolve any construction challenges that arise.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Guarantee the CSA portion of the project adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement safety measures, monitor site conditions, and conduct team training to maintain compliance
Essential Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing full project lifecycles.
- A relevant degree-level qualification or an equivalent trades background.
- Previous experience in Data Centres is a plus.
