Mechanical Project Manager- Berlin

Your new company

We are working with a principal contractor who partners with some of the biggest data centre providers in the market. They are looking to strengthen their UK team and are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager.

Your new role

• 
  Oversee site teams, site managers and subcontract managers for successful delivery and installation of Mechanical service packages of work.
• Act as a point of contact to Client and Subcontractors for technical site works or queries.
• Coordinate all disciplines to have a smooth proceeding and efficient delivery.
• Maintain progress reports and project delivery documentation.
• Key component to Workplace Safety – To have an overview of HSE for all project staff and sub-contractors including risk management.
• Assure that the scope is delivered in accordance with the project budget constraints and defined project schedule.
• Maintain progress reports and project delivery documentation.
• Initiate and chair progress meetings and activity reviews.
• Work with the Operations Directors to build the team, utilising internal and external resources.

What you’ll get in return
